“Conservator for injured bus passenger challenges the trial court’s dismissal of her action
after the defendant’s filing of a confession of judgment for the full amount of damages
requested in the general sessions warrant. In light of the plaintiff’s failure to amend
the complaint after transferring the case to circuit court to increase the amount of damages
sought, we affirm the trial court’s decision.”
