The transportation group presented at the Tennessee Trucking Association Fall Conference which took place at Pickwick Landing State Park on October 14th. Speaking were: Brad Telfeyan, Lynn Peterson, David Chapman, Chris Sullivan and Kent Francis. The group presented on direct negligence actions and tips for navigating a deposition of trucking company representative. The presentation included a mock deposition of a trucking company representative with David Chapman playing the role of the plaintiff’s attorney and Kent Francis in the role of trucking company representative.
Brad Telfeyan also received an award acknowledging his service as the 2021 Chairman of the Tennessee Trucking Association Safety Management Council Middle Tennessee Chapter.
