On June 20, Lisa Ramsay Cole moderated a panel on the critical role of client satisfaction surveys in understanding client needs at the ALFA International Managing Partner Forum. The panel highlighted the importance of designing surveys tailored to specific clients, ensuring real-time feedback for prompt responses, and fostering transparency in communication. Lisa is a highly experienced and accomplished attorney with a strong focus on civil trial litigation in various areas of law.
