The Nashville office hosted ALFA International’s Hospitality and Retail mini-seminar this week. There were over 40 attendees, including clients from Cracker Barrell, Logan’s, Bridgestone, Asurion, STR Hospitality, and Tempur Sealy. LT attorneys John Tarpley, Ben Jones and Christen Blackburn attended from the firm. Both Christen and John were featured speakers at the seminar. Christen presented on ethical considerations for in-house counsel and claims professionals. John discussed advanced strategies for mediating complicated cases.
