LT SHOWS LEADERSHIP AT ABA ANNUAL MEETING

The American Bar Association held its annual meeting in Chicago last week, and once again this year, LT lawyers were front and center.

As reported in last week’s edition, John Tarpley, Chair of the Editorial Board for the ABA Journal, hosted the celebration for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Journal. The ABA Journal has the largest circulation of any legal publication in the world.

John also served as Master of Ceremonies for the Annual Dinner of the American Bar Association Fellows of the Young Lawyers Division, in his capacity of outgoing President of the ABA YLD Fellows.

Maggie Cooper of LT Memphis competed her year as a member of the ABA TIPS Leadership Academy.

Once again, we commend LT lawyers for their leadership for our profession through the American Bar Association.
