On Friday, March 16, the University of Law Review will hold its annual symposium. This year’s program is “The American Addiction: Pathways to Address the Opioid Crisis.”
The symposium will address the opioid overdose epidemic through a “pathways” approach, recognizing that the epidemic derives from separate, dueling sources — legal and illegal.
Speakers at the symposium will include policymakers, legal scholars, and interdisciplinary practitioners who will discuss opportunities to innovate and intervene where opioids intersect with the law.
LT is one of the primary sponsors for this event. There is no charge to attend and attendees will receive nearly seven hours of CLE credit. To register contact Symposium Editor Rachel Barenie, Pharm,D., at [email protected] or call her at 219-575-0723.
