LT Welcomes Summer Associates

We welcome to LT this week five new summer associates. Joining us in our Memphis office are Escarlet Escobar and Andrew Roach. Joining us in our Knoxville office is Sallie Papajohn, and joining us in our Nashville office are Davidson Lentz and Kaitlin White.

Escarlet Escobar is a rising 3L at the University of Memphis. She is a member of the National Moot Court Travel Team and was the runner-up for Best Oral Advocate in the Freshman Moot Court Competition. She also received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in oral advocacy and writing for her Legal Methods course. Escarlet is originally from Nashville and received her undergraduate degree from Belmont University.

Andrew Roach is also a rising 3L at the University of Memphis. Andrew was a 1L Bar Governor for the Student Bar Association and received the Dean’s Award for Excellence for Best Memorandum and Best Brief. Prior to law school, Andrew served in the U.S. Army from 2012-2016. His service included a deployment to Afghanistan for nine months. Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he was a three-year varsity football letterman.

Sallie Papajohn recently completed her first year at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Sallie is originally from Gulf Breeze, Florida. Before law school, Sallie received her Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, summa cum laude, majoring in Anthropology. Following college she worked in various jobs in Australia and Florida including a year as a Litigation Assistant at the Levin Papantonio firm’s Pensacola office. Sallie spent the first half of the summer completing a legal studies program in China.

Davidson Lentz returns to LT this year and is now a rising 3L at the Belmont University College of Law where he received the Top Performance Award. Davidson received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lipscomb University and spent a summer abroad in Vienna, Austria. Davidson spent the first half of the summer clerking for the Hon. Jeffrey Bivins, Chief Justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Kaitlin White is a rising 3L at the Belmont University College of Law. Kaitlin is a Nashville native and a former Miss Tennessee Teen. She received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Journalism and Political Science from Texas Christian University where she was selected as one of the top three student journalists in Texas and Oklahoma by the Society of Professional Journalists.
