Last week members of our business practice group spoke at the Tennessee Bar Association’s Business Law Forum. Lyndsey Lee gave a 2022 case law update and Michael Goode spoke on Legal Opinion Practice Involving Tennessee Entities. Justin Joy, Chair of the TBA’s Business Law section, produced the program. Lewis Thomason’s business practice group represents many types of public and private businesses in multiple industries, including proprietorships, partnerships, and limited liability entities. We also provide counsel to numerous nonprofit and charitable organizations.
