Marshall Stair is on the Knoxville Bar Association’s Diversity Committee and will be participating in the book discussion it is sponsoring. Members of the bar and the community will be discussing the New York Times bestseller, The New Jim Crow-Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness, by Michelle Alexander.
