Mary Beth White was part of a panel for a webinar for the Trucking Industry Defense Association on 30(b)(6) depositions. The webinar provided tips and practical advice on how to prepare a trucking company’s safety director for a corporate representative deposition in which the plaintiff’s attorney will be using Reptile Theory tactics to disparage the trucking company and its safety department. White, a shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Nashville office, concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, with an emphasis on commercial transportation. As a member of the Commercial Transportation Practice Group, White helped implement the firm’s rapid response program currently used by many of the firm’s clients.
