Mary Beth White, a shareholder in our Nashville office, spoke at the Tennessee Trucking Association’s ‘CMV Crash Investigation and Response Management Training Course.’ The course covered what drivers should do when involved in a crash and included information about navigating litigation. Ms. White leads our Transportation Practice Group and helped implement our firm’s rapid response program currently used by many of our clients for gathering information after vehicle related accidents.
