Meagan Collver, shareholder in the firm’s Knoxville office, was a presenter at the recent Knoxville Bar Association’s Asked and Answered: The Unspoken Rules of Law. The program was presented by The Barristers CLE Committee and featured a moderated panel of experienced attorneys and a roundtable discussion that addressed the questions new attorneys often have but may hesitate to ask. Meagan primarily focuses her practice on healthcare liability defense matters, including physicians and group medical practices. She is involved in complex litigation matters, such as representing board-certified practitioners, civil rights and healthcare defense, nursing home and long-term care defense, and products liability defense.
