Meagan Collver, Special Counsel in our firm’s Knoxville office, recently presented a lecture at Lincoln Memorial University. She addressed the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine on the topic of STARK law and antitrust law as it pertains to healthcare. She also touched upon reporting requirements under Tennessee law and medical malpractice law. Collver focuses her practice primarily on healthcare liability defense matters, including physicians and group medical practices.
