Michael Goode was the producer and moderator of the TBA Tax Law Forum 2022
held September 30th which presented updates on the SECURE Act,
required minimum distributions, and ethical issues related to tax
practice. Goode is special counsel in the firm’s Nashville office and
focuses his practice on the tax, business, and estate planning needs of families
and businesses. On an international level, he also assists companies and
individuals with their corporate and estate planning needs, including the
resolution of reporting requirements.
