New Associates

Law firm Lewis Thomason has added nine associates across the firm, announced Lisa Ramsay Cole, president and managing shareholder of the firm. 

Grant Carringer focuses his practice on general civil, health care law, insurance law, and transportation. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law, cum laude. Carringer is also a member of the Blount County Youth Court. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, at South College.

Henry Cashen graduated cum laude from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. With a diverse skill set, Cashen focuses his practice in multiple areas, including product liability, construction, and general civil litigation. As a law student, Cashen was the Notes Editor, Volume 14, Kentucky Journal of Equine. Prior to law school, Cashen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies.

Mia Lazarini focuses her practice in transportation law and general civil litigation. She earned her JD-MBA dual degree with magna cum laude honors from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. As a law student, Lazarini made significant contributions as a staff member of the University of Memphis Law Review where her work was published in Volume 53 for her note, Title IX for What: Enforcing Title IX in the Wake of Controversy, 53 U. Mem. L. Rev. 764 (2023). Prior to law school, Lazarini earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, at The University of Tennessee.

Caroline Sisson Montoya focuses her practice on employment law, health care law, personal injury litigation and transportation. She graduated from American University Washington College of Law. During law school Montoya was a member of The Administrative Law Review. She also served as a Student Attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic. Montoya earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University.

Logan Punch is an active member of the transportation practice group. He is a graduate of The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law School Punch was extern to the Honorable Bernice B. Donald, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Management and collateral in Marketing at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Hallie Robison focuses her practice on general civil law, health care law and transportation. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she served as a Notes Editor on the Editorial Board of The University of Memphis Law Review a member of The Administrative Law Review.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Ryan Rosenkrantz focuses his practice in the areas of education law, health care liability defense, and general civil litigation. He graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Educational Studies and Minor in International Studies from Rhodes College. He also had the unique opportunity to study the Finnish education system abroad in University of Jyväskylä, Finland. 

Elle Shipley focuses her practice on estate planning, probate law, tax law, and property law. Prior to law school, Shipley obtained two bachelor’s degrees, magna cum laude, from Auburn University, majoring in English and History while minoring in French and Theatre. She also obtained a master’s degree in English from the University of Delaware, focusing on Late Victorian Aestheticism. She earned her J.D. at William & Mary Law School.

Olivia Winnett focuses her legal practice in a variety of areas including general civil litigation, professional liability, employment, and healthcare. She graduated cum laude from Miami University where she was recognized as an Economics Scholar and continued her academic success by graduating magna cum laude from Belmont University College of Law. Winnett was the Executive Events Editor of the Belmont Law Review.
