On September 23rd, Nic Vescovo participated in a panel discussion entitled “Legal & Ethical Issues in Aviation Neuropsychology” at the 6th Annual Aerospace Psychology Seminar in Denver, Colorado. As part of his participation on the panel, Nic also gave a presentation to approximately 60 neuropsychologists from around the country entitled “Using the Law to Ensure Test Security,” in which he discussed how to use intellectual property laws to protect and maintain the validity of psychology tests. In attendance were the head clinical psychologist for the Federal Aviation Administration as well as test creators from some of the country’s largest test publishers.
