Nicholas Vescovo, a shareholder in Lewis Thomason’s Memphis office, has been named to Memphis Business Journal’s 2023 40 under 40.
Vescovo regularly counsels clients ranging from start-ups and emerging companies to individual artists and performers to multi-national corporations on all types of intellectual property issues. He has handled matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Copyright Office, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Among his many professional accomplishments, Vescovo was included in The Best Lawyers® Ones to Watch in America for his work in Intellectual Property Law and Litigation/Intellectual Property Litigation/Insurance Law and named a Mid-South Rising Star by Mid-South Super Lawyers.
