Paige Bernick, Special Counsel in Lewis Thomason’s Nashville office, has been accepted into Leadership Middle Tennessee Class of 2024. Leadership Middle Tennessee is a regional leadership program founded to engage community and business leaders in the 10-county region of Middle Tennessee.
Bernick is a member of the firm’s state-wide transportation practice group. She also concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation, including commercial and business disputes, employment matters, construction litigation, health care liability, and insurance defense. Prior to private practice, Bernick served over four years as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, in Nashville. In that role, she represented the Secretary of Labor in litigating and enforcing health and safety regulations.
Among her many professional accomplishments, Bernick is included in the Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch in America™ for Insurance Law, Litigation – Construction, and Litigation – Labor and Employment, is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation, a 2019 graduate of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law program, a 2018 graduate of the Nashville Bar Association Leadership Forum, and a 2016 Honoree of the Cystic Fibrosis’ Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30.
