On Thursday, April 27th, Paul Whitt spoke before commercial concrete subcontractor Blount Contractors, Inc.’s field superintendents and foremen at the AGC’s Knoxville Office. There were approximately 20 Blount Contractors’ employees in attendance. Paul’s topic was Project Documentation including a review of the 2011 Gatlinburg Wastewater Treatment Plant case that ensued as a result of a concrete baffle wall failure that killed two plant employees. The focus of Paul’s presentation was on the importance of Daily Field Reports, and how project documentation can aide you in the defense of any potential claim against your company. Paul’s presentation was well received and appreciated by our client, Blount Contractors, Inc.
