Randy Bibb Featured Speaker at Personal Injury Law Conference

September 21-22, the 2017 Personal Injury Law Conference will be held at the Nashville School of Law.  One of the featured speakers will be Randy Bibb.

Randy will speak on Friday, September 22 from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. on the topic “Latest Trends in Product Liability Law.”

Randy’s presentation will focus on recent developments in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits against motor vehicle manufacturers alleging unintended acceleration, airbag failures, inadvertent vehicle movement, defective passive and active restraint systems, and seat belt failures.

Randy has more than 30 years’ experience defending products liability and toxic tort claims in lawsuits across the United States. He has served as lead counsel representing product manufactures in more than 100 jury trials in both state and federal court.

Mr. Bibb has more than 30 years’ experience defending products liability and toxic tort claims and lawsuits across the United States.
