Lewis Thomason shareholder, Ryan Clark, was a presenter on the DRI webinar, “The Federal Rulemaking Process: Present and Future” on November 4th. The webinar covered changes to the federal rules that will take effect in December 2025 absent Congressional action and proposed rules that were recently published for public comment. Ryan focuses his practice on the defense of automobile manufacturers in product liability claims pending in Tennessee and throughout the United States. He has also defended manufacturers of home appliances, tires and consumer products. In addition to his product liability practice, Ryan has experience defending a variety of other cases including workplace accidents and commercial matters.
