Wally Irvin recently presented a Legislative and Case Law Update on construction law at the Tennessee Bar Association Construction Law Forum. His presentation reviewed several bills pending before the Tennessee legislature and their potential effect on the construction industry. Wally is a shareholder at Lewis Thomason’s Nashville office where he concentrates his practice on the construction industry.
