Wally Irvin Presents

Wally Irvin recently presented on construction law at the Associated General Contractors’ Construction Leadership Program.  The Construction Leadership Program was created in 2011 by Middle Tennessee construction executives and CLC board members. Its purpose is to educate young leaders on all of the facets of how a business works, as well as provides leadership training and networking opportunities.  Wally is a shareholder at Lewis Thomason’s Nashville office where he concentrates his practice on the construction industry. With a dedicated focus on serving architects, engineers, contractors, and surveyors, Wally’s practice involves a broad range of legal issues.  He provides valuable counsel to clients in contract negotiations, project administration, closeout procedures, construction defect defense, and the assertion and enforcement of lien and bond claims.
