Wally Irvin, a shareholder in our Nashville office, presented to the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel last month on the subject of “Material Price Escalation Provisions Based on the Effects of COVID and Inflation.” Mr. Irvin focuses his practice on Construction Law. He also frequently serves as a lecturer and presenter to construction industry trade organizations and seminar providers.
