“We are Family.” There are few songs that get into the soul and make you want to sing, dance, jump around, and generally smile at the world as much as that 1979 hit by Sister Sledge. It is an anthem of celebration and unity. If, like me, you are currently singing to yourself in the back of your mind, I hope it evokes memories of good times. I have stood on countless dance floors over the years, with my closest friends and family, singing that song at the top of my lungs.

We should celebrate our relationships that bond us more closely than as simple colleagues or co-professionals.
