William H. Haltom, Jr. will be the featured speaker at the annual meeting of the Federal Bar Association of Chattanooga. The annual meeting will be held on April 26th at noon at the Westin Hotel in downtown Chattanooga. United States District Judge Travis R. McDonough will give the annual State of the Federal Judiciary Address. This will be followed by the meeting’s “Keynote Address” delivered by William H. Haltom, Jr.. He will speak on the topic “The Other Fellow May Be Right: The Civility of Howard Baker.”
