Alex Daichman is an associate in the firm’s Nashville office, bringing a strong background in both litigation and corporate counsel work. Before joining Lewis Thomason, Alex served as General Counsel for Gold Spectrum CBD, LLC where he collaborated with senior leadership to update employment procedures and company policies, supported lobbying initiatives, and worked closely with finance teams to establish LLCs and draft business agreements, contracts, and leases.

Alex Daichman is an associate in the firm’s Nashville office, bringing a strong background in both litigation and corporate counsel work. Before joining Lewis Thomason, Alex served as General Counsel for Gold Spectrum CBD, LLC where he collaborated with senior leadership to update employment procedures and company policies, supported lobbying initiatives, and worked closely with finance teams to establish LLCs and draft business agreements, contracts, and leases.

A graduate of Rhodes College with a degree in history, Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, he was awarded the CALI Excellence Award for Torts and served on the Senior Editorial Board of the Memphis Law Review as Symposium Editor. In that role, he organized and hosted the 2023 Spring Symposium, “(How Much) Should We Pay Them?,” which examined the evolving landscape of collegiate athletics.

Alex combines his legal acumen, editorial experience, and corporate background to deliver informed, strategic counsel to his clients.  Outside of work, Alex is an avid sports fan and enjoys both playing and watching basketball, golf, football, and baseball.
