Molly is actively involved in ALFA International’s Transportation and Future Leaders Practice Groups.  In 2025, ALFA International honored Molly as the organization’s inaugural “Future Leader of the Year.”  In 2023, San Diego Defense Lawyers recognized Molly as the organization’s “Outstanding New Attorney.”

As a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law (USD), Ms. Teas was awarded the “Best Trial Lawyer” by the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) for her performance in the organization’s mock trial competition. She was also recognized as USD Law’s James D’Angelo Outstanding Child Advocate in 2020.

Outside of the office, Molly is a member of the Junior League of Nashville and enjoys running, country music, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
