Steven G. Fuller, Special Counsel in the Lewis Thomason Nashville office, has over twenty years of experience. He has represented clients in vast areas, including, general civil litigation, general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, construction litigation and defects, bad faith liability, commercial vehicle liability, insurance coverage disputes, insurance fraud, uninsured/underinsured motorists liability, subrogation matters, declaratory judgment actions, family law, estate and probate, contract review and advisement, employment law, and appellate procedure and matters. Steven has served as first chair in hundreds of trials, both jury and non-jury. He has also managed several offices directing litigation for multiple attorneys and departments.

Steven is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the Insurance Institute of America. He is a sought-after speaker, speaking at more than twenty seminars throughout the State of Tennessee for insurance companies, and the Tennessee Bar Association, in multiple areas of the law.
Outside of practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsey and their large family, being outdoors, hiking, running, watching the Alabama Crimson Tide, and all things sports related. Steven also looks forward to his family’s annual family lake and beach trips and trying new restaurants.
