Kaitlyn Phillips is a litigation associate in our Nashville office. A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, she earned her B.S. in Political Science from Auburn University in 2021. During her undergraduate studies, she served as President of both the Prelaw Honors Society and the Mock Trial Competition team, while also gaining practical experience working at a law firm throughout most of her college career. Her commitment to trial advocacy earned her multiple Best Advocate awards, including recognition at the South Carolina Regional Mock Trial Competition.

Kaitlyn Phillips is a litigation associate in our Nashville office. A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, she earned her B.S. in Political Science from Auburn University in 2021. Ms. Phillips went on to earn her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2024. While in law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Cynthia Chappell in the Davidson County Criminal Court, Division VI, and was a finalist in a national mock trial competition as part of a three-member team. Her strong advocacy skills were recognized with CALI Awards in both Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy. Outside of her legal work, Ms. Phillips enjoys spending quality time with her family, baking, staying active through sports, and scuba diving.
