Olivia Winnett is an associate attorney in our Nashville office. Ms. Winnett graduated cum laude from Miami University in 2020 where she was recognized as an Economics Scholar. She continued her academic success by graduating magna cum laude from Belmont University College of Law. Ms. Winnett focuses her legal practice on a variety of practice areas, including general civil litigation, professional liability, employment, and healthcare. Olivia Winnett is an associate attorney in our Nashville office. Ms. Winnett graduated cum laude from Miami University in 2020 where she was recognized as an Economics Scholar. She continued her academic success by graduating magna cum laude from Belmont University College of Law. Ms. Winnett focuses her legal practice on a variety of practice areas, including general civil litigation, professional liability, employment, and healthcare. During her time in law school, Olivia received multiple CALI Awards for her outstanding performance in wills & trusts, evidence, professional responsibility, insurance law, and administrative law. Her dedication to academic excellence was reflected in her impressive rank, as she stood among the top 4% of her class. Ms. Winnett served as an Executive Events Editor for the Belmont Law Review in 2022 and as an Associate Editor in 2021. Additionally, she actively engaged with her law school community by taking on roles as a 2L & 3L Class Senator and a Peer Mentor.
Beyond her legal and academic pursuits, Ms. Winnett is a dynamic individual with diverse interests. She finds joy in playing soccer, pickleball, tennis, and taking her dog on walks. While at Miami University, Ms. Winnett showcased her athletic skills on the soccer field as a 4-year Division 1 athlete. She led her team as the top goal scorer for three of those years, earning Academic All-MAC honors each year.
