Last week Caitlyn Elam and Marshall Stair spoke at Jack in the Box’s National Franchise Association Conference in Nashville. They gave an employment law update to the franchisees explaining what has changed (and what hasn’t) post-COVID. John Lewis, and Jason Byrd, also attended.

This week Chuck Cagle presented a legal update to the Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents on the Davis-Bacon Act. Clients commented after the presentation, “There is no wonder why this man received the TOSS EAGLE,” and “I left that zoom feeling like I had started my law degree.
