Lewis Thomason’s president and managing shareholder, Lisa Ramsay Cole, recently participated in a panel as part of ALFA International’s annual business meeting. The panel discussed strategies for attorney departures in an increasingly mobile lateral market. Lisa Cole is a highly experienced and accomplished attorney with a strong focus on civil trial litigation in various areas of law. Her practice focuses on employment law, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and general casualty defense litigation. Ms. Cole represents national, regional and local employers, regional and local health care facilities, and insurance companies. She has significant experience working with both large corporations and smaller organizations in a variety of industries. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Cole is president and managing shareholder of Lewis Thomason, as well as managing partner of the firm’s Nashville office. She also serves the firm as General Counsel and is responsible for handling ethical and professional responsibility matters for the firm. She is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and shareholder compensation committee.
